CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you have:
- Not Received the Purchased Goods
- Received Incorrect or Wrong goods
- Received Spoiled or damaged Goods
Please contact us in the Platform itself and/or send us an e-mail at disputes@amerigoadvisory.ch and we will provide you with further instructions on how to resolve your issue.
In case you have received Incorrect goods
You must contact us within 02 (Two) days to initiate a return through our Logistics Partner.
Duties and taxes will only be refunded if they were paid at checkout on our Platform. If you selected to pay duties and taxes at delivery, you will not be credited for original duties and taxes.
NOTE: THERE SHALL BE NO CANCELLATION ONCE THE GOODS ARE PACKED
